PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable indicator lamps to perform blinking operation on the basis of a single operation of direction indicators and perform blinking operation of indicator lamps on the basis of a single operation of hazard indicators, and also to enable a blinking operation by the direction indicators to be given a priority or a blinking operation by the hazard indicators to be given a priority.SOLUTION: A work machine instruction device comprises: a signal generating part 21 that generates a blinking signal for causing a pair of indicator lamps 23L, 23R to at least blink; and a priority setting part 22 that gives high priority to either a blinking operation of the indicator lamps 23L, 23R based on an operation of a direction indicators 28L, 28R or a blinking operation of the indicators lamps 23L, 23R based on an operation of a hazard indicator 27. Between the signal generating part 21 and the pair of indicator lamps 23L, 23R, switching parts 24L, 24R are connected, which are turned on or off on the basis of a control signal from the priority setting part 22.
