PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railway risk extraction support method or the like capable of comprehensively grasping a risk of the whole company by positively extracting the risk.;SOLUTION: The railway risk extraction support method includes: information reading step of reading a risk information database stored in storage means, a first axis element list, and a plurality of second axis element lists; a list creation step of forming a plurality of matrices by combination of the first axial element list and the second axial element list and creating and displaying, in display means, a plurality of risk list allotted with risk information extracted from the risk information database on the basis of the element of the first axis and the element of the second axis for each cell of the matrix; a risk extraction support step of allowing a cell of the matrix not allotted with the risk information to be empty-displayed; and a risk input support step of adding the risk information input from input operation means for the cell of the matrix not allotted with the risk information to the risk information database.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
