PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a tear-guide flaw, which can effectively reduce a tear force, forms a tear end surface with good appearance and can correctly guide in the advance direction of the tear, in a laminated plastic film for packaging composed of three or more layers comprising a base film layer and sealant layers applied on both surfaces sandwiching the base film layer, and to provide a film-like check spouting nozzle in which the tear-guide flaw is formed.;SOLUTION: A tear-guide flaw 5 is formed in a base film layer 2 of a laminated plastic film 1 for packaging composed of three or more layers comprising the base film layer 2 and sealant layers 3 and 4 applied on both surfaces sandwiching the base film layer.
