PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to achieve guidance and support even in an environment in which guidance equipment, etc. is not installed in advance in poor visibility situations.;SOLUTION: A computer locates a current position of a user and a target position to which the user is to be guided. Furthermore, the computer identifies a tactile perception present within a predetermined range in a guidance direction from the current position to the target position while referring to a tactile perception map stored in storage means and indicating correspondence between each position in a user guidance environment and a tactile perception on a surface of a contact target object at each position. The computer acquires a tactile perception detected by a tactile perception sensor attached to the user, and provides guidance information depending on whether the tactile perception detected by the tactile perception sensor match that present in the predetermined range to the user.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
