PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump type hot water supply device capable of properly recovering hot water supply left in a high temperature side water pipe upon finishing of a boiling-up operation.SOLUTION: A water circulation pump 34 is stopped after completion of a boiling-up operation, and a circuit configuration of a water circulation circuit 30 is set such that the hot water supply flowed out of a water-refrigerant heat exchanger 12 is bypassed at a hot water storage tank and the water circulation pump 34 is operated until a change-over stop condition is established under a state in which it is changed over to a bypass passage side circulation circuit flowing water to a low temperature side water pipe 31 via the high temperature side water pipe 32 and the bypass water pipe 33. Further, when the changing-over stop condition is established, the water circulation pump 34 is operated until a water pressure feeding means stopping condition is established under a condition in which the circuit configuration of the water circulation circuit 30 is changed over to the tank side circulation circuit in which the hot water supply heated by the water-refrigerant heat exchanger 12 is flowed to the hot water storage tank 20 via the hot water side water pipe 32 in the same manner as that of the boiling-up operation.
