PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration air conditioning device and a suction dryness degree estimation method, capable of estimating suction dryness degree of a compressor with high accuracy.;SOLUTION: In an air conditioner, calculation means of a control device detects a discharge temperature of a compressor, a condensation temperature of a condenser, an evaporation temperature of an evaporator, a flow rate of refrigerant, and power consumption of the compressor, and calculates compressor efficiency ηc on the basis of the detected discharge temperature, condensation temperature, evaporation temperature, refrigerant flow rate, and compressor power consumption.
