PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of easily and promptly predicting strength development of cement including coal ash.SOLUTION: The method for predicting strength development of cement including coal ash comprises the prediction step of predicting the strength development of the cement including the coal ash using the blaine specific surface area and pH value of the coal ash used as a raw material of the cement including the coal ash and a following formula (1).
