PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a break open ruled line and a ruled line forming blade for forming the break open ruled line in which folding performance is excellent, and breaking and opening can be performed easily.;SOLUTION: A break open ruled line 22 is constituted by a first break open ruled line 22A in a waveform and a groove shape provided on a top face of a folding part F in a plastic sheet 10 and a second break open ruled line 22B in a waveform and a groove shape provided on an undersurface of the folding part F. The first break open ruled line 22A and the second break open ruled line 22B have a corrugated form over a longitudinal direction L in a width direction W intersecting the longitudinal direction L and in a thickness direction T. Between side surface parts 221 adjacent to the width direction W in the first break open ruled line 22A and the second break open ruled line 22B, a break part 223 with a constant wall thickness C2 in the longitudinal direction L, which can be broken by the folding of the plastic sheet 10 is formed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
