PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve miniaturization and simplification in an exposure dose excess alarm device having an expose dose measuring instrument and a connection member installed on the exposure dose measuring instrument.SOLUTION: An exposure dose excess alarm device 1 measures an exposure dose, and includes: an exposure dose measuring instrument 2 having a signal output part 11 for outputting an electric signal when the measurement value of the exposure dose exceeds a predetermined value; and a signal detection part 5 for detecting the electric signal. The exposure dose excess alarm device further includes: a connection member 3 freely mountable on the exposure dose measuring instrument 2; a vibration part 42 separate from the connection member 3 and imparting vibration to a wearer; and an alarm member 4 electrically connected to the connection member 3 via connection means. When the electric signal is detected by the signal detection part 5 in a state in which the connection member 3 is mounted on the exposure dose measuring instrument 2, the alarm member 4 actuates the vibration part 42.
