PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a cesium adsorbent for separating and removing radioactive cesium from discharge water containing the radioactive cesium; a manufacturing method of the cesium adsorbent; and a method for adsorbing and removing cesium.;SOLUTION: The cesium adsorbent, which is formed of a prussian blue-supporting chitosan fiber in which a surface of a cellulose fiber or a nylon fiber is covered by a chitosan and the prussian blue is supported on the chitosan, is caused to come in contact with the discharge water containing the radioactive cesium to adsorb and remove the radioactive cesium.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
