PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molecular marker technique which is a novel diagnosis in addition to Gleason's classification and TNM classification, and to provide a kit and method for determining the malignancy of prostatic cancer (diagnosis) to predict the patient's prognosis by determining the malignancy of prostatic cancer more accurately and readily even when using the material collected at needle cell biopsy but not the material extracted at surgery.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a combination of Gleason's classification with a molecular marker technique using anti-LAT1 monoclonal antibodies, a novel diagnosis, using a biopsy specimen in the early phase before surgery.
