PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loss measuring system and a loss measuring method capable of highly accurately measuring steam pipe loss, particularly pipe loss in no-load measurement.;SOLUTION: A steam pipe loss measuring system of the present invention is a system for measuring loss of a steam pipe connected to a steam producing device and load equipment, including: a first device creating a substantially closed space including at least part of the steam pipe; a second device controlling a supply quantity of steam from the steam producing device into the steam pipe; a third device measuring a value related to a quantity of steam in the substantially closed space; a fourth device measuring a pressure of the substantially closed space; and a fifth device measuring the loss of the steam pipe using measuring results of the third device and the fourth device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
