PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evacuee list creation system configured to provide an evacuee list for quickly identifying evacuees without causing confusion, at the time of disaster.;SOLUTION: An evacuee list creation system includes: an access management server 107 which records entry time and exit time to/from a room 102 of members; a disaster information management server 101 which receives and transmits disaster information; and an image forming apparatus 103 connected to the access management server 107 and the disaster information management server 101 over a network, arranged in the room 102, and creating and printing an evacuee list.
