PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color video structure conversion method and a color video structure conversion apparatus.;SOLUTION: In a color video structure conversion for converting a first color video where color planes are replaced every frame into a second color video where all color planes exist in each frame, the following steps are included: a step for obtaining from the incoming first color videos an image of the same color as an interpolation color plane of an interpolated frame and a low frequency component signal from an image signal of an adjacent frame in order of frame; a step for obtaining from the incoming first color video a high frequency component signal about an image signal of an existing color plane of the interpolated frame; a step for obtaining a plurality of interpolation color planes by adding up the high frequency component signal and the low frequency component signal; and a step for rearranging the interpolation color planes of the interpolated frame and the existing color planes and forming a second color video.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
