PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray photon-counting CT apparatus which can correct a measurement spectrum by using probability for a plurality of K-escapes of a characteristic X-ray in a photon counting detector, geometrical position relation of the photon counting detector and response relation of a measurement spectrum with respect to an incident spectrum.SOLUTION: An X-ray photon counting computer tomographic imaging apparatus 10 comprises: a photon counting detector 3 which detects an X-ray photon generated in an X-ray tube; a spectrum generation part 111 which generates a measurement spectrum measured for the X-ray photon on the basis of output from the photon counting detector; a storage part 7 which stores probability for a plurality of K-escapes of a characteristic X-ray in the photon counting detector, geometrical position relation of the photon counting detector with respect to the X-ray tube, and response relation of a measurement spectrum with respect to an incident spectrum corresponding to the X-ray photon incident on the photon counting detector; and a correction part 115 which corrects the measurement spectrum by using the probability, geometrical position relation and response relation.
