PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pretreatment device and method to extract radioactive cesium from a solid, and to provide a radioactive cesium treatment device and method using the pretreatment device and method.;SOLUTION: A radioactive cesium extraction device 20 comprises: a halogen removal section 21; an extraction section 22 which extracts radioactive cesium by immersing a solid in nitric acid or deuterated nitric acid; a condensing section 23 which produces radioactive cesium nitrate from extraction liquid; and an adjustment section 24 which produces solution or deuterium oxide solution of the radioactive cesium nitrate. A radioactive cesium treatment system 1 comprises: a radioactive cesium adding section 30 which adds the radioactive cesium to a surface of a structure using the solution or the deuterium oxide solution of the radioactive cesium nitrate; and a nuclei transformation section 10 which performs nuclide transformation of the radioactive cesium added to the structure into another stable element.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
