PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of appropriately reducing the load of a HEMS controller.SOLUTION: An energy management system control device connected to a power adjustment device that is connected to a power device at least performing one of receiving and outputting electric power, adjusting the power input to or output from the electric device, and measuring a state, via a power adjustment controller acquiring state information representing the measured state from the power adjustment device at preset intervals, comprises: storage means storing data; communication means communicating with the power adjustment controller; and computing means acquiring the state information from the power adjustment controller at set timing and recording the acquired state information in the storage means using the communication means, and controlling the power device via the power adjustment controller that is arbitrary.
