PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which enables reliable separation of oil-and-fat ingredients by a simple method and allows simple addition to an existing grease trap.;SOLUTION: An automatic oil-and-fat disposal device for removing and carrying oil-and-fat ingredients automatically includes an elliptical water-wheel-like wheel 2 which is assembled on a floating island 1 of a size of about 30 cm square and rotated by a geared motor 3, a fabric or a brush-like body 4 which is adhered to the outer periphery of the wheel and is easy for oil-and-fat to adhere to, a plow plate 5 for rubbing off oil-and-fat adhered to the fabric or the brush-like body 4, a primary tank 6 storing the rubbed-off oil-and-fat and a tube pump 10 for transferring the rubbed-off oil-and-fat to a tank 9 for disposal provided out of the grease trap.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
