PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an aqueous gel composition for body organ phantoms, which can be formed into a body organ phantom providing a feeling of incision similar to that of an actual living body organ; and a body organ phantom.SOLUTION: The aqueous gel composition for body organ phantoms has brittleness and tenderness respectively falling within the range from 1.10 to 1.70 and the range from 2.94 to 4.90 MPa (from 30,000 to 50,000 gw/cm) as measured by an integrated multi-biting method.
