PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business activity support system for securing a contact chance between a latent customer and a sales person of one or more enterprises on the basis of an investigation result using common questionnaires, and for reducing customer's resistance feeling against the purchase of merchandise or a service to reduce a sales person's labor, and to facilitate business activity.;SOLUTION: The business activity support system includes: a storage part 211 for storing a diagnostic result associated with points of each choice, groups associated with choices and total points of each group; an input part 212 for inputting information for specifying the selected choices; a group reading part 213 for reading the groups associated with each information for specifying the choices; a point reading part 214 for reading the points associated with each information for specifying the choices; a total point calculation part 215 for calculating the total points for each group; a diagnostic result reading part 216 for reading the diagnostic result associated with the total points for each group; and an output part 217 for outputting the diagnostic result with an advice column as business materials.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
