PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict a deformation resistance value of a rolling material in hot rolling by reducing a load of an information processing unit.;SOLUTION: When being similar in a value of a predetermined item of having influence on deformation resistance between the newest actual data and actual data stored in a database, the newest actual data is replaced with the oldest actual data stored in the database, and is stored in the database, and a prediction value of the deformation resistance in the hot rolling of the rolling material expected for the hot rolling, is calculated based on the actual data stored in the database. Thus, the deformation resistance value of the rolling material in the hot rolling can be predicted by reducing the load of the information processing unit.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
