PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a character musical performance image creation device capable of creating image information for displaying so that a character performs instrument musical performance operation according to music information output by only inputting desired music information to a computer.;SOLUTION: A character musical performance image creation device 10 comprises: a music performance part 20; and a character operation part 30. The music performance part 20 creates musical performance information including instrument musical performance or singing for synchronizing operation of plural characters, and operation information for displaying so that the characters perform instrument musical performance operation or singing operation in synchronous with the musical performance information, and outputs a musical performance command based on the musical performance information.
