PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing error information management apparatus which makes it possible to reference failed photograph images, failed photographing conditions, and rephotographing conditions without consuming time and efforts.SOLUTION: A CPU 57 of a console functions as a reception unit 65 and an association processing unit 66. The reception unit 65 receives a photographing order 20, patient information 21, a radiation image 31, and a photographing condition 36. The association processing unit 66 creates a radiation image file 40 on the basis of the information received by the reception unit 65. The association processing unit 66 assigns the same order ID 43 to the radiation image file 40 after a new photographing order is passed from the reception unit 65 and until a photographer determines that the radiation image 31 is a diagnosis image. Thus a failed photograph image file created at the time of occurrence of a photographing error is associated with a diagnosis image file by the order ID 43.
