PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure between a reinforced concrete member and a steel structure member that can improve workability and fixing performance of the steel structure member and make a burying length of the steel structure member as short as possible while securing load bearing capacity.SOLUTION: Holes 3, 4 are bored in a flange 2a and/or a web 2c on the side of an end 2a of a steel structure member 2 embedded in a reinforced concrete member 1. The hole 4 bored in the web 2c is provided within a range of 0.3×an embedding length of the steel structure member 2 from the end 2a of the steel structure member 2, and the hole 3 bored in the flange 2b is provided so that bending bearing capacity at the position of the steel structure member becomes large against bending moment obtained by assuming a triangular distribution at the end 2a of the steel structure member 2 from a concrete face position of the reinforced concrete member 1 in which the steel structure member 2 is embedded.
