PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a weight related to a spherical tank support structure of a liquefied gas carrier and also reduce required strength of the same mechanism, and furthermore simplify the structure.;SOLUTION: A plurality of spherical tanks 11 for transporting liquefied gas are arranged along a longitudinal direction of a hull of a liquefied gas carrier 10. A foundation deck 13 is disposed at a location separated upwards from an upper end of a sloping plate 15S of a bilge hopper tank (ballast tank) 15. An upper end part of a cylindrical support structure body 12 is joined to an equator section Q of the spherical tank 11, and a lower end part of the support structure body 12 is joined to the foundation deck 13.
