NETWORK BEARER MANAGEMENT METHOD AND MOBILE MANAGEMENT ENTITY MANAGING MULTIPLE NETWORK BEARERS IN RADIO COMMUNICATION NETWORK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support single radio video and speech continuity in communication.SOLUTION: A network bearer management method is a method for a packet data network to manage a plurality of network barriers in a radio communication network. The method includes: a process of receiving a first specifier related to an application session corresponding to a video call from a policy charging rule function (PCRF) entity; and a process of transmitting a message including a second specifier used during handover performed from a first network to a second network following the first specifier received from the PCRF to a serving gateway. The first specifier gives an instruction that video single radio voice communication continuity is permitted for a flow for a video component of a video call.
