PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect, in an information processing system in which operation management processing is automated on the basis of policy, a policy that is highly probable to be related to the issue occurred or the content of the operation management processing.SOLUTION: An operation management processing verification device includes: a violation state detection unit 11 that detects a service in a violation state from services provided in an information processing system 90; a normality inspection unit 12 that inspects the normality of the service in a violation state; a violation related information acquisition unit 13 that acquires the policy executed during a predetermined period including the time point of the detection of the violation state on the service in a violation state, and the content of the operation management processing executed on the basis of the policy; a cause estimation unit 14 that estimates, of the pieces of information acquired by the violation related information acquisition unit 13, the policy related to a service in a non-violation state, the policy obtained by excluding the content of the operation management processing related to the service confirmed to have normality, and the content of the operation management processing, as the information related to the violation state; and an estimation result output unit 15 that outputs a result of the estimation.
