PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rocuronium bromide injection solution prefilled syringe causing no deformation or denaturation on a gasket and being stably preservable for a long time.;SOLUTION: The rocuronium bromide injection solution prefilled syringe 1 comprises: a syringe 2 including a synthetic resin external cylinder 21, a gasket stored inside the external cylinder 21 and capable of liquid-tightly sliding inside the external cylinder, and a sealing member 23 for sealing a tip opening of the external cylinder 21; and a rocuronium bromide injection solution filling the inside of the syringe 2. The gasket 22 is formed by adding only a calcined clay as an inorganic filler classified into an inorganic stiffener and an inorganic filler, and formed of vulcanized chlorinated butyl rubber.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
