PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such the problem that when mutually different transmission time slots are allocated to a plurality of ground stations in order to resolve mutual radio interference, it is necessary to secure transmission time slots as many as the number of ground stations, and when the ground stations are extended, it is necessary to increase the transmission time slots as many as the number of extended ground stations, and communication throughput is reduced in both cases.;SOLUTION: A radio communication system includes a plurality of mobile vehicles moving on a predetermined route and a plurality of ground stations continuously installed along the predetermined route. In order to enable the mobile vehicle present in any arbitrary spot on the route and at least two ground stations adjacent to this mobile vehicle to perform radio communication at all times, the plurality of ground stations are divided into a plurality of groups.
