PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, in the conventional fusion technique [0003], a petroleum fossil fuel is used in most cases as heating fuel when performing heat treatment or fusion treatment of waste, incineration ash, and other harmful substances, however, such fossil fuels are fuels of finite resources which are exhausted in the future, conjure up images of having large-scale equipment itself, and are suggestive of high-cost capital investment by the mere supposition and moreover, in the conventional technique, the incineration equipment of organic type waste treatment and the fusion equipment of inorganic type waste treatment are installed as functions different from each other in most cases.SOLUTION: Provided in the present invention is a fusion technique capable of using fuel which can be provided in surroundings without using petroleum type liquid fuel occupying a main position as the conventional incineration and fusion fuel, can be reproduced, and is hardly regulated in the conveyance, that is, solid fuel such as coal and bamboo material as main heat source, and an on-vehicle and movable incineration and fusion technique which can directly recycle waste such as medical waste conveniently on a generation site of the waste even when the site is a hospital or any other site.
