PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and the like that extract traffic lines of a large number of users by use of communication history at a base station without extracting a travel route of each user.;SOLUTION: A device extracts traffic lines of users on a map from communication history of a large number of users carrying around a mobile terminal. The device includes: connection history storage means for storing a log having recorded a communication start station and a communication end station per communication of a mobile terminal; communication end station counting means for calculating appearance frequencies of communication end stations per communication start station at each prescribed time; traffic line generation means for generating a directed line segment starting from the position of a communication start station and ending at the position of a communication end station and including an appearance frequency; and map output means for superimposing and outputting the directed line segment on a map such that the directed line segment is identifiable visually.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
