PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow outsourcing of insurance service.;SOLUTION: A business processing system performs systematization on the basis of expert knowledge for determining processing to a claim, of personnel of an insurance company, and automatically processes a part of service related to insurance on the basis of systematized information. Specifically, the business processing system refers to claim information from a customer side, and allocates a processing pattern identifier to the claim information according to content of the claim information. The business processing system refers to a processing pattern table in which each of a plurality of processing pattern identifiers and at least one of a plurality of processing items related to claim procedure are associated, and specifies the processing item associated to the allocated processing pattern identifier of the plurality of processing items related to the claim procedure.
