PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chopper folding adjustment system and the like capable of realizing simple, accurate folding timing.;SOLUTION: A chopper folding adjustment system 1 is provided in a chopper folder 10 conveying a sheet 100 on upper and lower conveyor belts 13a and 13b and folding the sheet 100 by a chopper blade 12. The chopper folding adjustment system 1 includes: a folding timing monitoring unit 3a for measuring folding timing of folding the sheet 100; a chopper folding adjustment device 5 calculating a target value of a gap amount between the upper and lower conveyor belts 13a and 13b and a target value of a tensile force of the conveyor belts 13a and 13b for adjusting the folding timing to an appropriate value if the folding timing is out of an appropriate range; and a control device 7 controlling the gap amount and the tensile force to the respective target values.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
