PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersant capable of providing a fluid dispersion excellent in all properties of dispersion stability (storage stability) of a carbon nanotube, printability and a print patterning property, which is a fluid dispersion containing a carbon nanotube.;SOLUTION: A dispersant contains a halogenated cyclic hydrocarbon, and the halogenated cyclic hydrocarbon is a compound in which at least one hydrogen of the cyclic hydrocarbon is substituted with halogen.
