PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for producing a porous zinc oxide thin film and to provide a composition for producing a porous 3B group element-doped zinc oxide thin film.;SOLUTION: The composition for producing a porous zinc oxide thin film comprises: a partial hydrolyzate produced by adding, to a solution prepared by dissolving an organozinc compound represented by formula (1) in an organic solvent, water in a molar ratio of water to the organozinc compound in the range of not less than 0.05 to less than 0.9 to partially hydrolyze the organozinc compound; and a halogen-containing organic compound. The formula (1) is R1-Zn-R1 (in the formula, R1 is a 1-7C linear or branched alkyl group). The composition for producing a porous 3B group element-doped zinc oxide thin film comprises the composition as mentioned above and additionally a 3B group element compound or a (partial) hydrolyzate thereof.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
