PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute social information which is time-sequentially varied, for each category and in such a manner that a user can acquire and browse the social information in an optimal style as required.SOLUTION: In a social information distribution apparatus, basic information including locations of a plurality of information sources and social information time-sequentially issued from the plurality of information sources are stored while being sorted for each of items which are divided beforehand, and the stored social information is analyzed in accordance with a designated purpose, corrected as needed and updated as a part of items. Social information to be defined as a broadcasting object is selected from the stored social information and a broadcasting style including at least a classification of a broadcasting zone, a broadcasting time zone and the number of times of repeats within the broadcasting time zone in the case of broadcasting the selected social information is determined. The selected social information is sent out to the designated broadcasting zone by broadcasting waves in accordance with the determined broadcasting style. A user terminal device performs positioning of a current location and displays the social information on a display while including a relation between a location indicated in the social information distributed from the social information distribution apparatus and the current location on which the positioning has been performed.
