PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information acquisition system making it possible to upgrade precision in meteorological information on a geographic aspect.;SOLUTION: Included are an information provision terminal including sensing means that senses a use state of a rain gear and outputs the use state as sense information, measurement means that measures a rainfall which the rain gear has incurred and outputs the rainfall as measurement information, terminal control means that outputs terminal information obtained by adding preliminarily given identification information to the sense information and measurement information, and transmission means that transmits the terminal information; and a service management server including receiving means that receives the terminal information, information memory means that stores as terminal acquisition information receiving time information on a time at which the terminal information is received, position information on the information provision terminal, and the terminal information in association with the identification information, information arithmetic means that performs computation using the terminal acquisition information as meteorological information, produces service information including precipitation information representing a precipitation distribution and precipitation prediction information representing a prediction of the precipitation distribution, and registers the service information in the information memory means, and service management means that instructs the information arithmetic means to perform computation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
