PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately specify tweet data to a television program from all acquired tweet data for investigating the number of tweets to the television program.;SOLUTION: When a computer 1 investigates the number of tweets to a prescribed television program in response to tweet data acquired from a tweet data management server 2 side, the computer investigates the number of tweets to the television program by using data contributed in a prescribed time zone including broadcast time of the television program among tweet data satisfying following (1), and tweet data contributed in the broadcast time of the television program among tweet data satisfying following (2). (1) Data should be that showing the tweet including a hash tag for identifying the television program.
