PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to ensure carrying out engine start and to promptly realize start completion.SOLUTION: An engine generation power control device 20 for feeding electric power generated by a generator 18 that generates the electric power by being driven in response to rotation of a crankshaft 15 to electric devices including an engine control unit 16 and a battery 14, includes: a battery-voltage determination unit 21 determining whether a battery voltage of the battery 14 is normal or abnormal; an engine-start determination unit 22 determining whether an engine 10 is in a startup state; and a feeding determination unit 23 prohibiting the generated electric power from being fed to the electric devices if the engine 10 is in the startup state and the battery voltage is normal, and permitting the generated power to be fed to the electric devices if the engine 10 is not in the startup state or the battery voltage is abnormal.
