POWER FLUCTUATION SUPPRESSING DEVICE USING MULTIPLE POWER STORAGE DEVICES AND CONTROLLING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power fluctuation suppressing device using multiple power storage devices, capable of reducing a total cost of power storage devices.;SOLUTION: A power fluctuation suppressing device includes: a power storage device 5-1 and a power storage device 5-2 that is of a kind different from the power storage device 5-1 and has larger storage capacity than the power storage device 5-1; power converters 7-1 to 7-n; a power calculator 11 calculating grid power of a power system on the basis of voltages and currents in the power system; power detecting parts 12-1 to 12-n; voltage/current detecting parts 14-1 to 14-n; and a control circuit 20 suppressing fluctuations of grid power on the basis of grid power from the power calculator, power from the power detecting parts, and voltages and currents from the voltage/current detecting parts. The control circuit distributes charge/discharge power and the number of times of charge/discharge according to the grid power from the power calculator to each of the power storage devices, interchanges an amount of power between the power storage device 5-1 and the power storage device 5-2, and controls so that the amount of power of each power storage device is a predetermined value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
