PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present a storage device in which the processing speed desired by a user is easily achievable.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, a storage unit stores a plurality of information of a storage device provided with a first storage medium and a second storage medium that is accessible faster than for the first storage medium. A processing unit obtains, for each storage device, the ratio of access to each storage medium to a total number of accesses by using a function indicating relationship between the data stored in each storage medium and the frequency of accesses to each data when the data having a higher access frequency is stored preferentially in the second storage medium; obtains a first number of requests that is the number of accesses processable within a prescribed time from the number and ratio of requests accessible to the first storage medium with a prescribed time; obtains a second number of requests that is the number of accesses processable within a prescribed time from the number and ratio of requests accessible to the second storage medium with a prescribed time. An output unit notifies preferentially the information of the storage device in which the difference between the first number of requests and the second number of requests is relatively small.
