PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user of a portable terminal to easily use application information.;SOLUTION: An information distribution device 3 includes: an application information storage unit 322 which stores multiple pieces of application information; an extraction unit 331 which, when receiving identification information on a portable terminal 1, extracts application information corresponding to the identification information from the multiple pieces of application information; and a device communication unit 31 which transmits the application information extracted by the extraction unit 331 to a facility side terminal 2.
