PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an SMS mail distribution service system which inexpensively distributes SMS mail to a recipient from a user.;SOLUTION: A user is provided with a user personal computer 100 and a user smartphone 150 having a function as an external modem of the user personal computer. A distribution cue including a smartphone mobile number of a recipient, a short character message, the name of a recipient, and a distribution time is registered on the user personal computer 100. Every time a request is made from the user smartphone 150 as the external modem, the distribution cue corresponding to the distribution time is transmitted to the user smartphone 150, and SMS mail is transmitted to the recipient.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
