PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an efficient working situation of a precut factory by appropriately accommodating to a schedule change or the like.SOLUTION: A timber pre-cutting work system comprises: a timber processing line 100 including a working machine 10 and the like to which a unique machine identification number is allocated, a line conveyer 41 and the like, and sequencers installed for each working machine; and a working control server 200 for transmitting a control order to each sequencer. A component ID reader installed at an upstream position of each working machine, reads a component identification number from an IC tag T attached to a timber W, and transmits it to a working control server via the sequencer. The server includes a component management table 300 formed by associating component identification numbers and working data, and a machine management table 400 formed by associating information identifying working contents of respective working machines with machine identification numbers. Upon receiving a component identification number and a machine identification number, the server refers to the tables to generate a control order and transmits it to the sequencer.
