PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an installation method of a skeleton separating pipe material, by which a wire of a wire saw can be easily and swiftly wound around an outer periphery of a cutting portion of a skeleton part when cutting is required, even when the skeleton part as a cutting target is constructed underground; and a skeleton separation method and a skeleton demolition method using the pipe material.;SOLUTION: An installation method of a skeleton separating pipe material is provided, in which, in a skeleton part 4 including a first skeleton part 4a and a second skeleton part 4b which are integrally formed, a pipe material 5 into which a wire of a wire saw can be inserted is installed in such a manner that the pipe material 5 is arranged along an outer periphery of a boundary between the first skeleton part 4a and the second skeleton part 4b and a wire inserting end part of the pipe material 5 is arranged on a wire saw cutting work space 8 side.
