PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately select a clock master and to select a suitable clock master correspondingly to increase in the number of devices forming a distributed arrangement system, a change of a device environment and the like.;SOLUTION: A precision evaluation part of a clock synchronism management apparatus evaluates precision of clock for synchronism of each of devices forming a distributed system and at least on the basis of whether the clock for synchronism can be supplied to another device, the devices are classified into a plurality of divisions. Thus, on the basis of the classification of the precision evaluation part, a network construction part identifies and synchronizes a device capable of supplying the clock for synchronism to a device that is incapable of supplying the clock for synchronism to the other device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
