PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem with a conventional bolt made of precipitation hardened nickel-based alloy or cold-worked austenitic stainless steel that cracks possibly occur depending on use situations in high-temperature, high-pressure water environment in which a nuclear reactor is operating.SOLUTION: A bolt 3 according to the present invention is the bolt 3 used in high-temperature, high-pressure water environment, a corrosion resistance layer 2 being formed on an outer surface of a cored bar 1 excellent in strength using nickel-based alloy or stainless steel excellent in corrosion resistance.
