PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize an attitude of a movable-side member with respect to a stationary-side member without influencing the shape of a sliding surface of a femoral component in the movable-side member in a tibia trial for total knee replacement capable of adjusting a gap of a knee joint.SOLUTION: A tibia trial 1 for the total knee replacement includes a stationary-side member 20 and a movable-side member 30. The movable-side member 30 can rectilinearly move with respect to the stationary-side member 20, with a shaft 32 formed at the one member 30 inserted into a shaft hole 22 formed on the other member 20. The tibia trial 1 for the total knee replacement further includes: a rotating operation part 10 that is provided between the stationary-side member 20 and the movable-side member 30; and a conversion mechanism 5 that converts rotation force input to the rotating operation part 10 into rectilinear driving force for rectilinearly moving the movable-side member 30 with respect to the stationary-side member 20.
