PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly reduce a workload for changing setting data of a control device.;SOLUTION: An associated control device specification unit 16 confirms an operation object information type and operation content for an object to be operated depending on operation for setting data used in any of control devices 22, 23.
