PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize environmental effect by specifying a flow channel which has the possibility that effluent due to an accident may flow into the flow channel and preventing the effluent from diffusing to surrounding environment.;SOLUTION: An effluent diffusion prevention support device 100 comprises: a storage part 120 for storing a flow channel information master table CIM including a plurality of flow channels of which geographical information is defined; an input reception part IR for receiving input of road points which have the possibility that effluent may flow out or has flown out due to an accident; and an extraction part EXT for referring to the flow channel information master table CIM on the basis of the road points and extracting at least one flow channel which has the possibility that effluent may flow out due to an accident as a disaster prevention object flow channel.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
